Which plan do I need?

Is the Free plan really free?

Yes — 1,000 calls a month, no credit card, no expiry. It's the same API as the paid tiers with lower rate limits. Many teams run hobby projects on it indefinitely.

How do you count a call?

Any HTTP request that reaches the API after authentication counts as one call, including 204 "no match" enrichment responses. Requests rejected for rate limiting (429) do not count.

What happens when I hit my monthly allowance?

On Free you'll receive 402 quota_exceeded until the month resets. On Pro we simply bill overage at the rates above — your integration keeps working, and you can set soft limits in the dashboard to cap spend.

Do you offer nonprofit or academic discounts?

We give registered nonprofits and academic institutions 50% off Pro. Email support@third-party-api.com from your institutional address with proof of registration.

Can I pay annually?

Yes — annual Pro invoices get a 10% discount and are available via invoice or card. Enterprise plans are annual by default.

Still deciding?

Read the API reference, try the sandbox with a test key, or run 1,000 free calls against your real data before you commit to anything.
